What we help with
A closer look at the problems people most often come to see us for.
Back Pain
Back pain has many possible causes, including strained muscles, irritated joints and disc problems. Where it hurts and how it behaves helps us work out what is driving it.
Care may combine spinal adjustments, therapeutic exercise and massage, with a plan matched to your findings.
Neck Pain
Neck pain can come from posture, tension, an old injury or whiplash. It often goes along with stiffness, headaches or tightness in the shoulders.
We look at the neck, upper back and shoulders together, since they work as a unit.
Sciatica
Sciatica is pain that travels along the sciatic nerve, from the lower back through the hips and buttocks and down the leg. It can feel like sharp pain, burning, pressure, numbness or tingling, and it varies a lot from person to person.
Treatment can range from hands-on chiropractic care to non-surgical spinal decompression, and we focus on easing the pain and helping prevent it from coming back.
Headaches & Migraines
Some headaches are linked to tension in the neck and upper back. Others have different causes that need a medical evaluation.
After an examination we can tell you whether care here is appropriate, and we will refer you when something is outside what we treat.
Sports Injuries
Sports chiropractic addresses sports-related injuries and works on movement and joint function for a specific sport. Small problems can become bigger ones under repeated stress, even before they hurt.
Areas we commonly see include the neck, back, knee, hip, shoulder and foot. The goal is to help you recover and get back to your activity.

This page is general information, not medical advice, and results vary by person. Serious or sudden symptoms such as loss of bladder or bowel control, severe weakness or chest pain need emergency care.
